Adding a completely new ADS system

• You will walk slower when aiming
• Your FOV will decrease when aiming, giving you a slight aim zoom
  
• You will automatically stop aiming when reloading
• The weapon will automatically reload if you attempt to shoot with an empty magazine

Fixes

• The player's hand no longer distorts when reloading while aiming
• The player's hand no longer blinks for a couple of frames after start aiming
